Privacy policy

The birth details you enter (date, time, place), your first name, your quiz answers, your email address, your timezone, and basic usage events such as which quiz step you reached. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card number.

To calculate your chart, write and send your readings, run your subscription, and improve the quiz. If you tick the box for occasional free readings, we also send you a few emails about your chart; you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

Hosting and database providers, our email provider (Resend), our payment provider (Dodo Payments), and the AI provider that writes readings from your chart (Anthropic). If you allow cookies, the ad platforms we advertise on (Meta, TikTok) record that you visited or signed up, so we can measure our ads. Each acts on our instructions.

Quiz answers that never had an email attached are deleted after 30 days. Accounts that never bought a plan are deleted 12 months after sign-up. If you buy a plan, we keep your data while you're a member and delete it when you ask. Email us to delete everything sooner.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at support@horachart.com. We answer within 30 days.
